Hotel Hochsölden FAQ

Breakfast: Breakfast is available daily from 7.30 am to 10 am
Evening meal: In the evening you can enjoy our 4-course gourmet menu daily from 18:30.

We would like to advise our valued guests to wear appropriate evening attire for our dinner in order to emphasise the special ambience. Please refrain from wearing jogging trousers, pyjamas, bathing shoes, shorts, bathrobes, ski suits,...

Pets are also welcome at the Hotel Hochsölden (on request, extra fees apply). We reserve the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning. We ask for your understanding that your pets are not allowed in the restaurant or the spa area.

Check-in: On the day of arrival we guarantee that your room is available from 3 pm.
Check-out: On the day of departure your room is available for you until 11 pm.

Cancellations of reservations will only be accepted in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:
 

  • Cancellations up to 45 days before arrival are free of charge.
  • Up to 14 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged.
  • From 13 days before arrival 90 % of the total price will be charged.


In the event of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full price. We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.

During your stay at the Hotel Hochsölden, your car can also take a holiday, parked safely and conveniently on the hotel's own parking spaces in the underground car park. The underground parking is available to guests free of charge. Maximum height: 2.10 m.

All rooms have a comfortable bed, a bathroom with a shower or bath, a WC, a television, a hairdryer, a safe, a telephone, a radio and a small fridge.

Please inform us in advance of your individual dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free, lactose intolerance), to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Please feel free to inform us in advance of any individual dietary requirements or menu preferences (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free), so that we can make your stay as pleasant as possible.

We are happy to offer selected alternative dishes upon request. However, please note that our kitchen is not certified for dietary or allergen-free meal preparation, and therefore cross-contamination (e.g. with gluten) cannot be completely ruled out.

For this reason, our offerings are not suitable for individuals with coeliac disease or severe gluten intolerance.

The availability of gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or other alternative dishes depends on the day and cannot be guaranteed in advance. As a result, the selection may be limited and less varied. We are happy to advise you personally and appreciate your understanding.
