Gourmet half board includes a generous breakfast buffet in the morning and a 4-course dinner menu, with a choice of dishes, served from 6:30 pm.

Highlights include fresh baked goods, freshly prepared egg dishes, a selection of cheese and cold cuts, various jams, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, fresh juices, and coffee and tea.

Yes, à la carte menus are available for both lunch and dinner, for example on the sun terrace right on the slopes.

Please let the hotel know in advance about vegetarian, gluten-free or lactose-free needs; the kitchen isn't certified as an allergen-free/dietary kitchen, though, so it isn't suitable for guests with coeliac disease or a strong gluten intolerance.

Guests are asked to wear appropriate evening attire and to avoid tracksuit bottoms, pyjamas, pool shoes, shorts, bathrobes or ski suits at dinner.
