Things to know about your vacation in Hochsölden
All prices are per room and night including half board and VAT, excluding local tax (€ 5 per person per night from 15 years). Pets are also welcome at the Hotel Hochsölden (on request).
On the day of arrival we guarantee that your room will be ready by 3 pm. On the day of departure your room is available to you until 11 am.
When booking we request a deposit 45 days before arrival of 50% of the total price. Payable by credit card or bank transfer to our account.
The following 3 non-refundable rates are excluded:

By providing the credit card number and the expiry date, it is irrevocably confirmed that the final invoice or any cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card, provided no other payment method has been agreed or no other form of payment has taken place.
Services not utilised will not be refunded. Please understand that it is possible to book room categories, but not specific rooms or floors.
Price and payment terms: We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of errors and refer you to the current price lists.
Cancellations of reservations will only be accepted in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations up to 45 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Up to 14 days before arrival, 70% of the holiday price will be charged.
- From 13 days before arrival 90% of the travel price will be charged.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full holiday price. We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.

Gourmet Half Board:
Continental breakfast buffet with freshly prepared egg dishes, a generous selection of bread and pastries, sliced cheese and cold meats, jams, yoghurt, muesli, fresh juices, coffee and tea
4-course menu of your choice in the evening - if booked
- Use of the wellness and spa area including a panoramic swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, various saunas, steam baths, relaxation and fitness room
- Stylish room furnishings including a television, radio, fridge, bathrobe and slippers
- Ski-in & ski-out: from the ski cellar onto the slopes
During your stay at the Hotel Hochsölden, your car can also take a holiday, parked safely and conveniently on the hotel's own parking spaces in the underground car park. The underground parking is available to guests free of charge. Maximum height: 2.10 m.
Pets are also welcome at the Hotel Hochsölden (on request). For pets up to 15 kg we charge € 35,00 and for pets over 15 kg € 50,00 per night (without food). We reserve the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning. We ask for your understanding that your pets are not allowed in the restaurant or the spa area.
Unless otherwise stated, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

For Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Carnival, only a limited number of rooms are available.
As these periods are not offered for general online booking, reservations can only be made via email.
