Our Hotel Hochsölden is located in the Ötztal, above Sölden. The road from Sölden towards Hochsölden is passable for cars and always easily accessible even in the depths of winter. For a safe journey, please note that snow chains and the necessary winter equipment are compulsory. As soon as you arrive in Hochsölden, your winter holiday can begin.

Coming from West
Coming from Vorarlberg take the Arlbergpass or the Arlbergtunnel (S16) and continue via Landeck on the highway A12 until you reach the exit Ötztal Valley. Here, follow the B186 for about 35 km until you reach Sölden, Austrias top ski resort. Drive through the village and turn right into the glacier road shortly after Sölden, at the crossing Ötztalerstraße/Gletscherstraße. Continue towards the glacier until you reach the crossing Hochsöldenstraße. Follow this road until it ends. Here, you find our Hotel Hochsölden.
From North
- Coming from Bad Tölz take the Achenpass on the B181 to Jenbach. Here, take the highway A12 via Innsbruck until you reach the exit Ötztal Valley. Follow the road B186 for about 35 km until you reach Sölden. Drive through the village and turn right into the glacier road shortly after Sölden, at the crossing Ötztalerstraße/Gletscherstraße. Continue towards the glacier until you reach the crossing Hochsöldenstraße. Follow this road until it ends. Here, you find our Hotel Hochsölden.
- Coming from Pfronten drive via Reutte and the Fernpass to Imst. Here, take the highway A12 via Innsbruck until you reach the exit Ötztal Valley. Here, follow the road B186 for about 35 km until you reach Sölden in Austria. Drive through the village and turn right into the glacier road shortly after Sölden, at the crossing Ötztalerstraße/Gletscherstraße. - Coming from Garmisch-Partenkirchen drive via Ehrwald, Lermoos and the Fernpass to Imst or via Mittenwald, Scharnitz and Seefeld to Telfs. In Imst or Telfs continue on the highway A12 until you reach the exit Ötztal Valley or take the road B171 to the Ötztal Valley (no vignette duty). In the Ötztal Valley, follow the road B186 for about 35 km until you reach Sölden in Austria. Drive through the village and turn right into the glacier road, shortly after Sölden, at the crossing Ötztalerstraße/Gletscherstraße. Continue towards the glacier until you reach the crossing Hochsöldenstraße. Follow this road until it ends. Here, you find our Hotel Hochsölden.
From East
- Coming from Munich or Salzburg take the highway A93 to Kufstein. Here, take the highway A12 and continue via Innsbruck until you reach the exit Ötztal Valley.
